4. *Coach: All Ages (The ability to Coach all ages 8 months through 99 years is highly valued within our company)
   

5. *Martial Arts Specialist: Ages 4-10
   

6. *Dance Specialist: Ages 2-10 (The ability to be able to teach pre-ballet, jazz, hip hop, and creative movement incorporating musical instruments is highly valued with our company)
   

Job information:

1. *Reports to: Chief Operating Officer
   

2. *Time Commitment: 12 months
   

Job Responsibilities:

1. *Coach & play in events
   

2. *Advocate for all aspects of the company
   

Job Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and task satisfactorily. 

1. *Be in healthy physical condition
   

2. *Ability to participate in athletic games and activities during events
   

3. *Ability to communicate with and manage children through adults, including their teachers, directors and/or leaders
   

4. *Ability to manage large groups and supporting staff
   

5. *Ability to effectively communicate on the phone and through email
   

6. *Be a positive role for colleagues and to clients
   

7. *Be available a minimum of 20 hours a week
   

8. *Have a driver’s license
   

9. *Willingness, as a Coach, to learn athletic games and sports such as: basketball, gymnastics, soccer, softball, volleyball, etc.
