Yoga allows children to build on their natural wisdom and glow, while developing the ability to become fully present and aware of breath and mind. Our yoga program does just this while teaching a variety of the exhilarating yoga asana's (poses) and laying the foundation for a lifelong practice.


From Downward Facing Dog to Child’s Pose, we explore the magic of yoga with your children.  Whether it is a 30 minute yoga introduction or 1 hour of creative movement/yoga class, your child will get the chance to stretch, practice breathing exercises, and get in shape all while having fun!
